- Booking / contact form: name, email address, phone number, message and information about your stay.
- Browsing: technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and cookies, for the operation of the site and, where applicable, analytics (see our cookie policy).
3. Purposes and legal bases
Your data is used to:
- Respond to your contact and booking requests (basis: pre-contractual measures / legitimate interest).
- Manage your stay and customer relationship (basis: contract performance).
- Improve the site and analyse its use, if analytics tools are used (basis: consent or legitimate interest).
4. Retention period
Contact and booking data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and then, for legal and accounting obligations, for the applicable periods (generally 5 to 10 years). Marketing data is kept for 3 years from the last contact. Logs and technical data are kept for a limited period in line with our technical and legal needs.

Your data is intended for authorised persons within Chalet Husky and, where applicable, our service providers (website hosting, email sending) strictly for their assigned tasks. We do not sell your data. Hosting may involve transfers outside the EU (e.g. United States); in such cases, appropriate safeguards are in place.
